Ashley has over 17 years of operations management and business development experience in the workers’ compensation industry. During her tenure with the company, Ashley has been instrumental in expanding Comp-X from a transportation company to a full-service ancillary health care services provider. Her focus has included customer service initiatives, expanding the national network, establishing workflows and corporate branding.

With strong client relationships and knowledge of workers’ compensation patient care, Ashley is highly motivated to formulate creative solutions that assist adjusters, case managers and self-insured employers with their business goals. Prior to joining Comp-X, Ashley served as Director of Workers’ Compensation Services for a leading physical therapy practice in the state of NJ.
