Ashley Palkewick serves as President and Co-Owner of Comp-X Medical, bringing 20 years of workers’ compensation industry expertise to her leadership role. During more than a decade with the company, she has led its expansion from a transportation service into a national provider of comprehensive ancillary healthcare services.

Ashley directs strategic growth through network expansion, operational improvements, and technology integration. Her hands-on industry experience drives practical solutions for adjusters, case managers, and self-insured employers, while maintaining the company’s focus on injured employee care and service delivery.

Before joining Comp-X Medical, Ashley served as Director of Workers’ Compensation Services for a leading New Jersey physical therapy practice. Today, she works alongside CEO Christine Suarez-Loures and COO Leonard August to advance Comp-X Medical’s position as a trusted partner in workers’ compensation care management.
